Limited Warranty

This warranty applies only to Myst 25th Anniversary Linking Book sales during the 2025 Re-Sale on store.cyan.com. Please note that this is a separate return policy from the one offered during the Myst 25th Anniversary Kickstarter campaign, which is no longer offered.

If you purchased a Linking Book with an LCD panel and experience issues with the LCD panel or battery functionality within the first six months of purchase from the Cyan store, please contact [email protected] within this window with your Cyan store order number and we will arrange for a return of your defective book and a refund upon receipt & verification of the contents.

Damages caused by shipping issues for both the non-LCD and LCD Linking Books, and missing or defective Inkwell and Pen parts, are covered under our return policy within one month following delivery. Please contact [email protected] with your Cyan store order number for assistance with this within this window.

Damages caused by the customer and regular wear and tear of the product are not covered by this warranty.

Due to limited supply, replacements are not offered under this warranty.
