Q: I’ve got fan memorabilia and would really like to send it in to Cyan to have it signed. I’ll pay all the return shipping costs for this. Can I do it?

A: We’re truly humbled by our fans’ desire to interact with not only the worlds and stories we create, but with the creators themselves!

We’d love to support offers like this, but due to our creators’ busy schedules (not to mention world events since early 2020!), we’re not able to accept Autograph requests involving the shipping of your personal memorabilia to Cyan.

In the future, when Rand and other studio talent take part in events (Mysterium, PAX, Gamescom, etc.) there may be some scheduled time during the events for a meet & greet or autograph signing opportunities.

We respectfully ask you to use those event opportunities for your chance to get an autograph from your favorite Cyan creator.
