If you see an Apple message saying the game apps “can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software,” this is a GOG issue related to the installer.

Go to your Mac’s Settings, then look under “Security and Privacy.”

There you will find the option to open each game, and when you go to play them at subsequent times, the games should open as expected.
