Obduction autosaves every few minutes or when you press ‘Esc’ to open the main menu.

There are 10 ‘manual’ save slots available.

You can Copy (manually save) your game files by exiting to the Main Menu, selecting “Load Game,” then clicking the downward arrow to the left of the ‘X’ on the topmost save game slot in the Load Game screen.
